When you pull up the plat on CRS it says 19.674 acres, but the owner is only selling 10 acres. However, the seller will consider selling all 19.674 acres for $450,000. See copy of survey which shows the parcel that is being sold. The owner had the property surveyed and is selling the 10 acres that has two chicken coops with an unmaintained pond. Water and electricity are available in the chicken coops. This would be a great location for a new construction, mobile home, farm, etc.
